Songül Alcı, MBA

I was born in Ankara. I started my university education at A.İ.B.Ü Health School and graduated in 1996. I then continued my professional career at Florence Nightingale Hospital.

In 2005, I graduated from the AÜ. Business School. During this time, I took on the position of operating room manager in various hospitals and worked as a manager in aesthetic surgery clinics. In the same year, I successfully completed the “Hospital Management and Organization” program at Marmara University and received a certificate.

In 2006, I started my studies at the A.Ü School of Health Institutions Management and graduated in 2008. I went on to complete the “Institutionalization” and “Cost Management” programmes at Istanbul University Business School.

I started my Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Beykent University. As a final project, I worked on “Integrated Service Marketing in Hospital Enterprises” and successfully completed it in 2011.

I have attended and spoken at numerous healthcare management, organizational and healthcare tourism conferences and seminars. In 2001, I started doing hair transplants at Transmed Hair Clinic and was the founder of many well-known hair transplant centers.

In 2006, I was one of the first to perform FUE with a micromotor. Over the years, I have contributed to the use and development of many instruments in hair transplantation.

Since 2008, I have held the position of founder and director in the hair health and hair transplantation units of Göztepe Medical Park, Bahçelievler MP, Antalya MP, Gaziantep MP and Elazığ MP.

In 2022, I founded Trawellmed Health Tourism Agency and combined my 23 years of experience in the hospital sector and health tourism in a new project. We actively provide services in various specialties for patients.

Since 2018, I have been working as the founding director of the Hair Transplant Clinic at Kadiköy Medicana Hospital. At the same time, I continue the activities of Trawellmed Health Tourism Agency under the same roof and provide health mediation services to foreign patients in all specialties.
