How is this possible?

Minipens, which are prepared for the patient according to the required amount of anesthetic and applied through the skin, are used. The tip of the pen has a pin that is tensioned on a spring. Thanks to this tension, the medication is applied to the skin very quickly and painlessly. The anesthetic is 30% less painful and only a slight burning sensation is felt after the injection.
